- 4 a piece pork cutlets
- Salt and black pepper
- 2 a piece Eggs
- 11⁄2 cups flour
- 11⁄2 cups Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying

1. Step
Start by cleaning and sprinkling salt and pepper on your cutlets.
2. Step
Coat them first in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
3. Step
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets for a few minutes on each side.
4. Step
After frying, place them on a paper towel to drain excess fat.
