- 250 g pasta
- 1 pcs onion
- 3 pcs Clove of garlic
- 6 pcs Fresh cherry tomatoes
- a handful green olives
- a handful Fresh parsley sprigs
- a handful Grana Padano cheese
- olive oil

1. Step
Chop the onion and garlic finely and fry them in a pan with olive oil. After a while, add chopped tomatoes, olives, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for about 30 minutes.
2. Step
In the meantime, we will cook pasta according to the instructions. We take about a scoop of water, strain the cooked pasta and add it to the sauce. Gently stir, we can sprinkle with drained water, let it boil and finally sprinkle with chopped parsley. When serving, sprinkle pasta with grated cheese. Enjoy your meal.😋
