How to make Zucchini fritters
These zucchini fritters are unbelievably easy to whip up and are a perfect way to sneak some veggies—one of the best low-carb and low-calorie meals.
Ingredients
- 1 Squash (shredded)
- 1 Zucchini (shredded)
- 2 egg
- 125 g Cheese (shredded)
- 6 tbsp. Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp. Grated parmesan
- a bunch Fresh dill

Directions
Shred your squash and zucchini using a grater and drain all excess water using a dishcloth.
Take a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add shredded squash and zucchini, and 2 eggs. Stir it well together using a spatula.
After that, add shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, and fresh dill. Blend all these ingredients until combined.
Take a small portion of the prepared mixture and form almost 1 inch thick rounds using your hands.
Place all these rounds of the mixture on a baking tray. Bake them in a pre-heated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
