- 8 Pieces chicken
- 250 g greek yoghurt
- 45 ml milk
- sunflower oil
- ground black pepper
- salt
- self-rising flour
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder

1. Step
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Step
In a bowl, mix the yogurth and the milk.
3. Step
Add the chicken, cover and store in the refrigerator for one day.
4. Step
In a bowl, add the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Stir and set aside.

Cover the chicken with the flour mix.

In a frying pan, fry the chicken in oil at 180°.

Fry for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Drain and place on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
