Ingredients
Dough
- 320 g self-rising flour
- 100 ml water
- 30 g Butter or vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
Filling
- 500 g potato
- salt
- 50 g butter
Roast
- 1 onion
- 100 g bacon

Directions
Add salt and butter to the water, then mix. Add the flour and egg. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Add the butter and mash until smooth.

Spread the bacon and fry over low heat to melt more fat. Then add the chopped onion and fry until golden brown.

Roll out the dough into a 3 mm thick layer and cut out 22 circles.
