- 1 osso bucco
- 10 g butter
- 1⁄2 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1⁄2 stick celery
- 1 clove garlic
- 1⁄2 lemon
- 50 ml white wine
- 1 Ripe Tomato
- 150 ml beef broth
- salt
- ground black pepper

Finely chop the onion, garlic, carrot and celery. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
