- 400 ml of canned coconut milk
- 21⁄2 teaspoons of agar-agar powder
- 0.3 Cup of sugar (adjust as per your taste)
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

Begin by pouring the coconut milk into a medium-sized saucepan. Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves.
Sprinkle the agar-agar powder over the coconut milk, making sure it is well distributed.
Place the saucepan on the stove over medium heat. Stir continuously until the agar-agar powder is completely dissolved.
Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
Continue to cook the mixture, stirring frequently, until it reaches a gentle simmer.
Once simmering, remove the saucepan from the heat.
