How to make chocolate chips cookies
This is the best chocolate chip cookies recipe ever! No funny ingredients, no chilling time, etc. Just a simple, straightforward, amazingly delicious, doughy yet still fully cooked, chocolate chip cookie that turns out perfectly every single time!
Ingredients
- 280 g wholemeal smooth spelled flour
- 100 g brown sugar
- 40 g xylitol
- 170 g butter
- 2 egg
- 1 Package vanilla sugar
- 1 packing of baking powder
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 280 g hot chocolate without sugar
- 50 g white chocolate without sugar

Directions
Mix butter with xylitol, cane and vanilla sugar. Add eggs, milk and flour mixed with baking powder.
Cut the chocolate into pieces.
Stir the hot chocolate into the dough / leave it on top of the biscuits.
Line the baking sheet with baking paper.
Make bullets out of the way, put them on baking paper / omit a place between the bullets, we don't put them 5 - 6 cm close to each other.
Press the surface of the balls and press the remaining chocolate / even white into them.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees, 10 to 12 minutes
