How to make Basic Italian Polenta Chips

- 250 g instant polenta
- 1 l vegetable stock cube
- 50 g parmesan
- 100 g grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon rosemary
- 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1. Step
Bring the stock to a boil. Add the polenta, constantly mixing. Once it thickens, add the cheeses and herbs. Combine well, then pour into a baking pan still hot. Chill in the fridge for an hour.
2. Step
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Cut into slices, and brush with olive oil from all sides. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with pesto, and enjoy!
