How to Cook Traditional Oven-Baked Whole Trout

- 4 whole trout, cleaned and gutted
- 4 teaspoons of olive oil
- Sea salt to taste
- Freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
- 4 springs of fresh dill
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 slices of lemon
- A bunch of fresh parsley chopped

Preheat your oven to 400F.
Rinse the trout under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
Rub each trout with olive oil, then season the insides with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Stuff each fish with a sprig of dill, minced garlic, and a slice of lemon.
Place the fish on a baking sheet, and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
