How to cook Crispy Garlic Chicken Breasts

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 1⁄2 Cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside, keeping it warm.
In the same pan, add the minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the chicken broth, rosemary, and thyme. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 10 minutes or until it’s reduced by half.
Put the chicken back into the pan, cover, and let it simmer in the sauce for about 5 minutes to soak in the flavors.
