- 250 g Honey wine
- 1 l water
- 250 g sugar

1. Step
Pour a liter of water into a large pot and add 250g of lemon balm. Bring to a boil.
2. Step
When the water starts to boil, we lower the temperature and let it steep for 30 minutes.
3. Step
After 30 minutes, strain the lemon balm and add sugar to the obtained decoction. Cook over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
4. Step
Once the sugar is dissolved, pour the syrup into a clean bottle and let it cool down.
5. Step
Store the finished syrup in the refrigerator and use as needed.
