- 3 pounds pork

- 1 Cup chicken bouillon or water

1. Step
Wash the pork, dry it, put all the spices, and mix well.
2. Step
Add oil to a saucepan and put some pieces of pork in it. When they are browned, turn them over and cook everything.

Remove the pork and add the onion and garlic. Then stir in the consommé and half of the BBQ sauce.
