- 1 Cup cauliflower bits
- 4 egg
- salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 Cup panela cheese
- 11⁄2 avocados
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 spoon oregano
- 1 Cup roasted beans
- Fresh cilantro
- green or red salsa

For the dough, hydrate the potato flakes with the water to form a dough.
