- 1⁄2 Pie dough
- 4 large egg
- 1 Cup light corn syrup
- 1⁄3 Cup light brown sugar
- 1⁄4 Cup crystal sugar
- 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 spoon vanilla essence
- 1⁄2 spoon salt
- 3 cups pecan halves
- Lightly sweetened whipped cream

1. Step
Butter the mould. Place a sheet of shortcrust pastry and fit it tightly into the mould. Transfer the dough-lined pie plate to the refrigerator.

In a large bowl, whisk eggs, corn syrup, sugars, butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth; mix in pecans.
