Healthy Overnight Oats
It's a misconception that you consume foods you loathe during a diet while still feeling hungry. These low-calorie overnight oats give you the liberty not to worry about weight gain. No doubt, it will satisfy your hunger as well.
Ingredients
- 250 g oat flakes
- 1 Cup milk
- 2 tablespoon yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- to taste cinnamon powder
- Honey syrup

- walnut
- pumpkin seeds for garnishing

Quickly grab a pot and add some rolled oats.
Now pour almond milk into it. You may use any other milk as well.
Do not forget to add low-fat yogurt to your oats!
Next, add some chia seeds. Overnight oats with chia seeds are highly proteinous.
For extra flavoring, must add cinnamon powder.
To give a naturally sweet taste, add some honey.
It's time to mix it well, cover it and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
