These crunchy and delicious oat cookies are the perfect accompaniment to your afternoon coffee. They are also incredibly easy and quick to prepare.

- 150 g oat flakes
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 1 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1 Piece egg

Step 1: For the oat cookies, preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2: Melt butter in a pot and let it cool down.
