- 90 g almond
- 40 g gluten-free rolled oats
- 40 g grated coconut
- 2 tablespoon sunflower protein powder or oatmeal
- 2 teaspoon chia seeds
- 3 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon liquid coconut oil
- salt
- Desiccated coconut for rolling

Chop the oats and almonds in the food processor.

Add the remaining ingredients and grind to a doughy mass.
