Directions
Mix ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground paprika, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix everything well thoroughly.
Take a small portion of the lamb mixture (about 2 tablespoons) and shape it into a small cylindrical or oval meatball. Repeat this process until all the mixture has been used, making approximately 16 koftas.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a non-stick pan or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the kofta until they are browned.
Transfer the lamb koftas to a plate with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
Serve with pita bread, tzatziki sauce, or a salad. Enjoy!
