Gluten-free bread made from corn flour
Gluten-free cornmeal bread is an excellent choice for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity.

- 500 g Corn flour
- 1 kl Salts
- 1 kl sugar
- 7 g dried yeast
- 500 ml lukewarm water
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Wine or apple cider vinegar

1. Step
Start by mixing the cornflour with salt and sugar in a bowl.
2. Step
In a second bowl, mix the yeast with lukewarm water to activate the yeast.
3. Step
Slowly add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture, and stir in the olive oil and vinegar.
4. Step
Stir the dough and let it rise in a warm place under a towel for about one hour.
5. Step
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper.
6. Step
Stir the dough and transfer it to a baking tray, smooth it and let it rest for another 15 minutes.
7. Step
Bake the cornbread for about 30 minutes.
