Corpus:
- 4 pcs egg
- 200 g crystal sugar
- 100 ml oil
- 100 ml water
- 1 pcs baking powder
- 200 g special fine flour
Cream:
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 400 g sour cream
- 250 g mascarpone
- 1 pcs gelatin
- 3 pcs Golden spike
- Fruit compote
- 2 pcs Tools

1. Step
We will prepare the dough. Beat the yolks together with the granulated sugar.
2. Step
Then we add oil and water.
3. Step
We often bake at 175°C for about 20 minutes.
4. Step
Cream: whip the cream and add sour cream, mascarpone and stiffeners to it.
5. Step
Spread the cream on the dough.
6. Step
We put the fruit on the cream.
7. Step
Gelatin: top up the juice from the compote with water or fruit juice to 800 ml.
8. Step
Add 3 golden grains to it and cook a thick porridge, then let it cool down for a while.
9. Step
Pour the gelatin on top of the cake and let it set in the fridge.
