Flourless Roll
Roll with peanut butter cream and apple jam. Excellent moist roll, full of great ingredients and also gluten-free.

- 2 pcs bananas
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 30 g Protein

- 250 g soft curd cheese
- 100 g Smotanový syr is translated to cream cheese
- 30 g Protein
- 30 g powdered peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon I used date syrup as a sweetener
- 3 tablespoon Water milk
- Apple-cinnamon jelly jam

Directions
We blend bananas with a hand blender. Add the yolks and mix in the protein.
We whip the egg whites into stiff peaks and mix them into the banana mixture. We spread the dough evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and greased with oil. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Remove the baking paper from the baked dough. Roll the dough, wrap it in a cloth and let it cool down.
Mix all the ingredients for the cream, except for the jam.
Spread the cream over the cooled dough. Save a little for the top. At the beginning (from where we will be rolling), we put a strip of jam. Roll up and cover the top with the remaining cream.
We can pour over with chocolate and decorate according to imagination. Put it aside to set in the fridge.
