Egg spread
Recipe for a quick and inexpensive egg spread. My family has always loved simple but delicious recipes and egg spread has always been a big favorite.
Ingredients
- 4 egg
- 1 pcs small onion
- 2 Spoons mayonnaise
- 2 Spoons mustard
- salt and pepper to taste

Start by boiling the eggs, this is the most difficult step because everyone likes their eggs cooked differently. I personally prefer hard boiled eggs, cooked for exactly 10 minutes from the moment the water starts to boil. In the meantime, finely chop your onions.
When the eggs are ready, strain them and let them cool. Then peel them and mash them into smaller pieces with a fork.
Add the onion, mayonnaise and mustard to the eggs and mix everything thoroughly. Finally, season the spread with salt and pepper to your taste.
And that's it! This egg spread tastes great chilled, so I recommend leaving it in a glass container in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving. A breakfast classic is in the world.
