Easy Spicy Chicken Thai Meatballs
The Chicken Thai Meatballs are a savoury delight enriched with the delicate harmonisation of traditional Thai flavours. Ingredients
- 2 lbs of ground chicken
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 1 finely chopped medium onion
- 1 teaspoons of red chilli flakes
- 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbls of soy sauce
- 2 tbls of Hoisin sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 Cup of breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 Cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
- salt to taste
- 2 tbls of vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 Cup of sweet chili sauce for glaze

Directions
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, chopped onion, grated ginger, red chilli flakes, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, breadcrumbs, chopped cilantro and salt. Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Roll the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and set aside on a clean plate.
Heat up the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook the meatballs in the pan for around 10-12 minutes or until they turn brown and are cooked through. Make sure to turn the meatballs occasionally to prevent them from burning.
Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the pan and drain any excess oil on a paper towel.
Coat the meatballs with sweet chili sauce and serve hot with steamed jasmine rice or as a standalone appetizer.
