Directions
Beat the eggs with sugar. Then mix flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and melted butter. Then, add the beaten egg to the flour mixture and mix well.

Use a pastry bag and fill each mould halfway. Then use a spoon moistened with water to level the mass.

Bake in the oven preheated to 170°C for 20 minutes.

Dissolve the isomalt in a small metal vessel, directly over the flame or in the microwave. Then, add red colouring food to the melted isomalt and fill the silicone moulds with the mixture. Let them cool down.
