- 60 g erythritol
- 45 g melted butter
- 1 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

- 500 g cream cheese
- unsweetened condensed milk
- 2 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Covering
- sugar free raspberry chia jam
- 100 g fresh berries

Mix and combine almond flour, erythritol, butter, egg white and vanilla essence in a bowl.

Preheat the oven to 180°C, grease a round cake tin and cover it with the dough, flattening it towards the bottom. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes and leave to cool.

In a large bowl, mix together the condensed milk, cream cheese, eggs and vanilla essence. Pour into the mould over the cheesecake base.

Lower the oven temperature to 160°C and bake the cheesecake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the edges are firm.
