Ingredients
Chicken
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1⁄2 Cup self-rising flour
- 1 Cup breadcrumbs
- salt
- white pepper
- Frying oil
Corn cream
- 11⁄2 cups frozen corn
- 2 cups milk cream
- 2 slices cooked ham
- 2 tablespoon peas
- salt
- white pepper

- 2 potato
- 2 slightly ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoon self-rising flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 slices smoked bacon
- Frying oil

Directions
Clean the chicken breasts thoroughly of any excess fat. Season them well on both sides with salt and pepper.
Then dredge them in flour, egg and finally in panko, pressing them well. Set aside in the fridge. Fry in plenty of hot oil.
Peel the bananas, cut them and dip them in a thick mixture of flour and eggs, seasoned with salt and pepper. Set aside in the fridge for a few minutes until ready to cook. Fry in plenty of oil.
In a saucepan, bring the cream to a boil, add the corn kernels, season with salt and pepper and process well.
Return the processed mixture to the same saucepan and add the ham and peas. Set aside.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into very thin slices and then cut them into sticks as thin as possible. Set aside in water.
Drain well, dry and fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove and dry well on absorbent paper.
Place the slices of smoked bacon on a griddle or frying pan to brown on both sides.
Bake the supremes in the oven for 5 minutes with the corn, ham and pea sauce.
Serve and garnish with fries and fried bananas.
