Easy homemade fluffy Swiss rolls recipe

Cookie dough
- 75 g potato starch
- 150 g sugar
- 75 g flour g baking powder
- 2 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 50 ml milk

Strawberry mousse
- 450 g strawberry
- 40 ml lemon juice
- 40 g sugar
- 2 letters gelatin
Filling
- 500 ml fresh whipping cream
- 50 g vanilla powdered sugar
- chocolate flakes

Directions
Divide the egg yolks from the egg whites into two separate bowls. Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt.

In another bowl, whisk the yolks with the sugar. Pour in the milk and mix for 5 minutes until the mixture is clear and frothy.
