- 1 tablespoon water
- 50 g unsalted butter

In a pan, combine the brown sugar and water. Place the pan on the stove over low to medium heat. Shake the pan gently until melted.

Cut the unsalted butter into small pieces and add them to the pan. Move the pan in a circular motion until the butter is melted and mixed with the sugar.
