Ingredients
For the biscuit
- 6 egg
- 3 spoon vanilla sugar
- 220 g sugar
- 280 g Wheat flour
- 2 spoon baking soda
For the cream
- 400 g heavy cream
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 3 spoon vanilla sugar
- 4 spoon agar agar
- 100 g grated coconut
- 340 g canned pineapple drained weight
For the decoration
- 100 g grated coconut

Beat the eggs, add vanilla sugar and sugar and mix until fluffy.

In a separate bowl, sift the flour and baking powder. Then slowly fold the dry ingredients into the egg-sugar mixture.

Spread the batter evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 10 minutes at 200° C in a preheated oven. Then, let the sponge cake cool down.
