- 2 bananas
- 120 g Oats
- 2 egg
- 100 g white Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 tablespoon vanilla

Mix all the ingredients together. Melt butter in a pan, and add enough batter for one pancake. Cook until small bubbles form, then flip and cook for a few more minutes. Repeat with all the batter. Serve with toppings of your choosing, and enjoy!
