- 1 dash lemon juice
- 50 ml brandy
- 1 clove garlic
- Fresh parsley

Wash the prawns well, dry them and place them in an ovenproof dish. Add a pinch of salt, lemon juice, brandy and the chopped garlic clove.

Bake the prawns in preheated oven at 220ºC for 10 minutes. Turn them over halfway through baking.
