- 500 g Minced meat (pork, beef or mixed)
- 1 large Head of onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 egg
- 3 slice bread
- 11⁄2 dl milk
- Salt, pepper

1. Step
Soak the bread in the milk and then squeeze it.
2. Step
Finely chop the onion and garlic and add to the minced meat.
3. Step
Add the egg, the soaked bread, salt and pepper and mix well.
4. Step
Form small dumplings and flatten them.
