Delicious Macaroni with minced meat and tomato
A simple and delicious dish of Italian gastronomy, which perfectly combines the pasta with the juiciness of the meat and the tomato sauce. Ideal for a family lunch or as a special dinner at home.
Ingredients
- 500 grams Of mixed minced meat (pork and beef)
- 800 grams Of crushed tomato
- 1 large onion
- 1 tooth garlic
- 50 ml of olive oil
- salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 100 grams grated cheese (optional)
- 1 sheet Laurel

Directions
Wash and chop the onion and garlic into very small pieces.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until golden brown.
Add the minced meat to the pan. Season with salt and pepper and stir well to cook evenly.
When the meat is well cooked, add the crushed tomato and bay leaf. Stir well, reduce to a simmer and let it cook for about 20 minutes.
While the sauce is cooking, cook the macaroni in a large pot with water and salt. Follow the instructions on the package to find out how long they need.
When the pasta is al dente, drain it and add it to the pan with the tomato and meat sauce. Mix well so that the macaroni is impregnated with the sauce.
If you wish, you can sprinkle grated cheese on top and grill it in the oven for a few minutes until golden brown.
