Mix the zucchini with the wet ingredients, to which we gradually add the dry ones. Stir well and put on a baking sheet with baking paper measuring 20 x 20 cm and bake for 35 minutes at 200 degrees. After baking and cooling, we apply the ganache, which we prepare by pouring hot cream over broken chocolate. After 3 minutes, stir and add crushed peanuts.
