Directions
Start by heating a large pan over medium heat. Add the ground beef, chopped onions, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcester sauce. Cook for 7-10 minutes until the beef is browned and cooked through.
Once the beef is thoroughly cooked, add the grated cheese to the pan. Stir until the cheese is completely melted and incorporated with the beef. Let it cool.
Lay a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface, add about 2 tablespoons of the cheeseburger filling on the corner closest to you. Begin to tightly roll up, ensuring the corners are folded in, akin to an envelope.
Before the final corner is rolled up, brush some beaten egg on the corner to seal the spring roll.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil is heated, gently add the spring rolls into the oil, frying them until they are golden brown, approximately 5 minutes.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the spring rolls from the oil and transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
Serve the Cheeseburger Spring Rolls warm with ketchup and/or mustard sauce for dipping.
