- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 spoons olive oil
- 500 ml chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 100 ml cooking cream
- 100 g grated cheese

1. Step
Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté them until golden.
2. Step
Add tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook for approximately 10 minutes.

Add chicken broth and let it simmer for another 15 minutes.

Use the immersion blender to blend the soup to a smooth consistency.
