Creamy Chicken Soup
This creamy chicken soup is delicious and filling. It's suitable as a quick lunch during the workweek.

- 400 g chicken breast
- 2 pcs carrot
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs potato
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 pcs chicken stock cube
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts ground black pepper

1. Step
Prepare all the ingredients. Wash the chicken breasts, clean and cut into smaller pieces. Peel and chop the carrot, onion and potatoes into small cubes.
2. Step
Melt the butter in a pan, add the onion and sauté until it's translucent. Add the chicken pieces and sauté them on both sides.
3. Step
Add chopped carrots and potatoes to the pot, fried chicken pieces with onions, bouillon and pour with water. Let it simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
4. Step
After 20 minutes, add the cream, salt, and pepper. Cook the soup for another 10 minutes and then blend it until smooth with a hand blender.
5. Step
Serve warm with a piece of bread. Bon appétit!
