Crackling Spread
Traditional spread with cracklings, egg and pickled cucumber.

- 200 g Cracklings
- 100 g butter
- 1 piece onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- Sour cucumber

1. Step
Chop the cracklings into smaller pieces and finely chop the onion.
2. Step
Melt the butter in a pan, add onions and cracklings and fry until golden.
3. Step
Add the chopped garlic to the cracklings and onions and fry for a while longer.
4. Step
Boil the eggs until they are hard, peel them and grate them.
5. Step
Add cracklings with onions, grated eggs, chopped pickles, salt and pepper to the bowl and mix.

Let the spread rest in the fridge for at least an hour and then serve it on bread.
