Corn Cooking
I like to prepare corn as an accompaniment to various types of meat. It's also great on the grill or as summer approaches, I decided to share my favorite method of cooking corn. It's simple and quick and the result is always delicious.
Ingredients
- 4 cobs sweet corn
- butter
- salt
- New spices

Directions
First, prepare the corn. Remove the leaves and fibres. If you have corn with very tough shoots, it may be useful to remove them with scissors.
Next, pour water into a large container and add a little salt. Bring the water to the boil. Once the water is boiling, place the ears of corn in the pot and cook them for about 15 to 20 minutes until the corn is soft. Especially with older corn, the cooking time may be longer, so don't be afraid to test carefully.
Once cooked, remove the ears and let cool.
Then brush the corn with butter, you can sprinkle it with salt and allspice for more flavor.
