- 480 g fresh hoki
- 1⁄3 Cup coriander
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1 spring onion
- 2 letters kaffir lime
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoon fish sauce
- chili pepper

1. Step
Chop the hoki roughly. Blend with all the other ingredients to a smooth paste.

Form into approx. 30 g balls and flatten lightly. Heat oil, and fry the cakes for 2 minutes on each side.
