Ingredients

- hard-boiled egg
- green beans
- Ripe Tomato
- 1 can Tuna in oil
- 1 can Anchovies
- Olives
- chives
- mustard
- virgin olive oil
- vinegar
- salt and pepper

Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 30 minutes, remove them from the water and set aside.

Cut the beans and blanch them until they are tender; cool them in water.
