Classic Coleslaw
In this classic coleslaw recipe, cabbage and carrots are tossed with a mayonnaise-based dressing. For a spicy twist, add optional Quick-Pickled Jalapeños.

- 1 Cup shredded carrot
- 1 Cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 Cup white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1⁄4 Cup sugar
- Kosher salt

- 1⁄3 Cup sliced quick-pickled jalapeños

In a large bowl, combine cabbage and carrots. set aside.
2. Step
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, celery seed, sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss dressing and optional pickled jalapeños into cabbage mixture and let chill.
