Classic Chicken Dumpling Recipe

- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 3⁄4 Cup hot water
- 2 minced chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1⁄4 Cup coriander leaves

1. Step
Make the dough by combining flour and water, and kneading it into a ball. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, add ginger, minced garlic, coriander leaves, and salt to the chicken breasts and mix.
2. Step
Form balls from the dough and roll them out into circles. Add a spoon of meat to each, cover one half of the edge of the dough circle with water, and close the dumpling. Press the sides together with a fork.
