Christmas Layered Chicken Breast
A truly festive, yet easy dish to prepare for Christmas that the entire family will adore. The harmony of flavors, the juiciness of the chicken breast and the convenient preparation of the layered dish makes this recipe the centerpiece of the Christmas table.
Ingredients
Layer of meat
- 600 g Chicken breast filet
- 1 tapped tk salt
Cheese layer
- 200 g Grated Trappist cheese
- 200 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp Parsley green
Vegetable layer
- 1 pc Large head of onion
- 2 pc Big pepper
- 2 pc tomato
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper

Directions
Pound the chicken breasts, salt them, and set them aside.
Prepare the cheese layer. Mix the cream cheese, grated cheese, sour cream, and parsley greens.
For the vegetable layer, finely chop the onions, peppers, and tomatoes, then salt and pepper them.
Assembly: lay a layer of meat at the bottom of the fireproof dish, then a layer of cheese cream on it, and finally the vegetable mixture. Repeat layering until the ingredients run out.
Cover it with aluminum foil, and bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
