Classic Christmas biscuits decorated with sugar icing.

- 250 g Plain flour
- 75 g confectionery sugar
- 150 g butter
- 1 a piece egg
- pinch of salt

1. Step
In a bowl, mix together the plain flour, icing sugar and a pinch of salt. Then add the chopped butter and egg to the mixture. Recommendation.

Mix the mixture well and work it into a dough.

Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour wrapped in cling film.

Then roll out the dough on a floured board and cut out different shapes of Christmas biscuits.

Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
