Chocolate Brownies

- 185 g butter
- 185 g dark chocolate
- 3 Pieces Large eggs
- 275 g Crystal sugar
- 85 g Plain flour
- 40 g Kakaa

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Melt the butter and chocolate in a bowl over steam and stir thoroughly.
2. Step
In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until foamy. Gradually, while still stirring, add the melted chocolate with butter.
3. Step
Sift the mixture through a sieve to remove any lumps. Then add the flour and cocoa. Mix everything thoroughly.
4. Step
Pour the dough into a baking form lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for approximately 25 minutes.
5. Step
Let the finished chocolate brownies cool down.
