Chinese lardons with chicken
Recipe for delicious Chinese Sluice with Chicken, which you can cook when you get a craving for Asian cuisine.
Ingredients
- 400 grams Chinese noodles
- 2 pcs chicken breast
- 2 pcs carrots
- 1 pcs red peppers
- 200 grams Wok mix (e.g. broccoli, bamboo shoots corn bean pods...)
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- black pepper

Start by preparing all the ingredients. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and salt them.
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. I recommend adding a little oil to the boiling water, this will prevent the noodles from sticking.
While your noodles are cooking, put some oil in a pan and add the chicken breasts. When the meat is ready, remove it from the pan and set it aside.
In the same pan, add the grated carrots, chopped peppers and wok mix. Sauté the vegetables until slightly softened but still tender.
Then add the chicken back to the pan and season with soy sauce and pepper. I always add cayenne pepper because it gives the dish an extra spicy flavor.
Finally, stir the cooked noodles into the finished mixture and simmer everything together for a while.
