Chicken thighs with cream and mushrooms recipe
Ingredients
- 4 thighs Chicken
- 250 g of mushrooms
- 250 ml Of cooking cream
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- Fresh parsley

Directions
Start by seasoning the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Then preheat some olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Make sure the pan is hot enough before adding the chicken.
Add the chicken thighs and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
Once browned, remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the onion and garlic, both chopped, to the pan and cook until golden brown.
Then add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook until golden brown.
Add the chicken thighs back into the pan along with the cooking cream. Mix well so that the flavors are integrated.
Then reduce the heat and simmer the ingredients for about 30 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
Finally, add the chopped fresh parsley on top for a fresh touch.
