Casino eggs recipe
One of the specialities of my kitchen is the casino egg. I've made it countless times, for guests, friends, family gatherings. I always keep a few eggs in the fridge and the rest of the ingredients in my pantry.
Ingredients
- 10 pc egg
- 1 package mayonnaise
- 1 package mustard
- 1 package butter
- 1 package parsley
- Salt, pepper

Directions
To start, boil the eggs until hard. I always use local farmer's eggs, they are much tastier. After about 10 minutes of cooking, they are cooled.
Peel the cooled eggs and cut in half. Carefully remove the inside - the yolk - taking care not to damage the whites.
Mix the egg yolks with mayonnaise, mustard and butter. I always use the traditional homemade mayonnaise and mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon the cream back into the egg whites. Garnish with parsley to taste.
I'm willing to bet that the casino egg will be the hit of the party!
